Shipping Destinations: At this time shipping is only available within the continental United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any international location.
Shipping Times: Local orders will be delivered within 2 business days and all other orders will ship within 3 business days (shipping time may vary depending on location and shipping method).
Shipping Cost: At this time, shipping costs are included in the price of your order.
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments for US based customers via Credit Cards and Debit Cards. We also accept offline payments via check & direct bank deposit in the United States for bulk orders ONLY. Cash on Delivery is available in Wyoming.
Refund and Return FAQ
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days product guarantee. If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery, we offer 100% refund, replacement, or credit for our online store.
For returns, please email email@example.com with the subject 'Product Issues' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card, store credit issued, or original payment method shortly after.
